Seldon Yuan has been busy. Lots of cool shows like the Bronx Museum of Art AIM Biennial, Harbor Gallery, Exit Strata and much more.
Our friend and longtime AmDC member Jill Peterson is now working on an exciting new Brooklyn-based project.
Community Supported Art and Design is based on the model of Community Supported Agriculture, where shareholders buy shares in the farm for a season. In this case it is art and design instead of agriculture, and it is meant to connect people directly to their local makers.
It is free to enter and selected artists and designers will receive a $3,000 commission to create 50 works for the shareholders this fall.
For more information, visit CSA+D's website.

AmDC member Mark Reigelman recently completed an installation at the Cleveland Public Library, titled Reading Nest. See more pictures on his website.
